Complaint
We hope you are satisfied with your order and delivery. However, if you are not and the product turns out to be damaged, please contact us at info@woodonwall.se Send pictures, preferably several, showing the damage/defect. If the complaint is approved, we will send a new product and take back the damaged one.
Transport damage
If an accident should occur and your product is damaged during transport, it is important that you document all damage. Send pictures of both damaged packaging and damaged product to our email: info@woodonwall.se and include your order number and we will help you.
NOTE! Visible damage to packaging must be reported directly to the carrier on site and noted on the shipping documents or on the handheld computer the driver has with him. If the shipment is received damaged and the damage is not noted, we cannot be held responsible for the shipping damage as the shipment is then considered to have been delivered without complaint. Therefore, remember to check each package carefully before signing.
