10 year warranty on panels
What does this warranty cover?
This warranty only covers material and manufacturing defects.
Wood is a natural material and each wood veneer is unique in color, pattern and structure. A natural part of wood's properties is that wood changes over time when exposed to light.
Warranty conditions
- The warranty for manufacturing defects only applies to products that have not been assembled.
- The warranty does not apply if the fault is caused by incorrect handling and assembly.
- The warranty does not apply if the defect is caused by improper storage of the product.
- The warranty only applies to products used indoors.
- The warranty does not apply if there are scratches, normal wear and tear or marks from impacts.
- The warranty does not apply if the panels have been used incorrectly or inappropriately.
Actions
- The easiest way to contact us is by emailing us at info@woodonwall.se with a description and picture of the error.
- Before any action is taken, Wood on Wall needs to confirm and establish that the defect is covered by the warranty. Wood on Wall reserves the right to either offer you a free repair, replacement of the product or other compensation as agreed.
- Your order confirmation or receipt serves as proof of warranty. Please keep this document as it is required if you need to exercise your warranty rights.
